Life unfolds a new leaf with each passing day,
It introduces a new twist at every turn.
It puts forth challenges unforeseen,
And all you'd do is simply react.
At times, it leaves you startled,
You got to accept its ways of taking you in its stride.
Some day, you surprise life in return and win it over,
You get an opportunity to manipulate its pawns.
You discover your unfathomable depths,
Of strength and weaknesses,
All at the same time.
Leaving you delusional and enlightened...
Nonetheless, reigning control over life & emotions...
Taking charge of it is very much the essence.
An all-important lesson is to 'opt for' or 'opt out',
In the best possible way.

Choose to be hopeful and happy,
Over being a guinea pig of fate,
Accept... Life is beautiful!
